Pregnancy Yoga Class

Sunday 4.30-5.30 via Zoom

6-week course starting 6th November 2022

Pregnancy yoga focuses on flowing womb-centered movements, breathing exercises, sound and relaxation techniques. It is a wonderfully empowering practice to help mothers-to-be to tune into their body, connect with their baby and learn movements that support active birth.

Booking closes 24hrs before a class.

Recording available if unable to attend live. 

You will need: a mat, blanket, chair, wall and 2 pillows.

A gentle class to restore your energy at the end of the week. The class will start with a centering meditation and breath work before moving into a restorative yoga nidra practice. This class is a perfect antidote to modern living and is also suitable for those with fatigue conditions and burnout.
